Qualifications:
Licensed Delaware Surveyor or ability to obtain a license within 9 months is preferableAssociates Degree or Bachelors Degree in a related field will be considered in lieu of experience8+ years of land surveying experienceProject management and scheduling experienceProposal preparation experienceExperience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStationKnowledge of Geometry and TrigonometryExperience in field surveying practices and proceduresExperience in drafting and reproduction methodsExperience in land recording and conveyance proceduresBackground check and drug testing will be required for projects on Federal facilitiesSimilar jobs in Milford, DE
