Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Roofing Apprentice who is eager to learn, work hard, and grow within our company. This is a hands-on, field-based position where you will train directly under our experienced Field Managers, primarily within our Re-Roof Division, with additional exposure to our Service and New Construction teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is driven, dependable, and looking for long-term growth in the roofing industry. Responsibilities

• Assist Field Managers with daily job site operations
• Perform punch work and quality control tasks
• Set up ladders and ensure job site readiness
• Meet inspectors onsite and assist with inspections
• Communicate job schedules and updates with customers
• Report field issues to office staff for follow-up
• Deliver and transport materials to job sites as needed (shortages, etc.)
• Support project supervision and ensure jobs meet company quality standards
• Maintain clear communication with both internal team members and customers Qualifications Basic roofing knowledge preferred, but not required (repairs, tile/shingle systems, etc.

) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Good communication and customer service skills Ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks Organized and dependable Valid driver's license required No formal education required What We Offer
