Solar Site Surveyor (Field Technician)

Compensation:
$100 per completed survey About the Role We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Solar Site Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you'll visit residential and commercial properties to collect the data needed for solar system design and installation. You'll play a key role in ensuring each project starts with accurate, high-quality information. Responsibilities Conduct on-site surveys for upcoming solar installations Measure roof dimensions, pitch, and layout Assess shading, obstructions, and structural conditions Take clear photos and document all site details Inspect electrical panels and service capacity Identify potential installation challenges or safety concerns Upload survey data and notes accurately and on time Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working on roofs and ladders Strong attention to detail Ability to use mobile apps or survey tools Good communication and customer service skills Preferred (Not Required) Experience in solar, roofing, construction, or home inspections Drone experience (FAA Part 107 is a plus) Compensation Details $100 per completed survey (W-2 employee position) Consistent work available based on performance Opportunities for growth within the company
