This is an excellent opportunity for a surveying professional with strong experience in construction layout, site development, water/sewer infrastructure, paving & drainage projects, and AutoCAD. This role offers long-term stability, leadership opportunity, and involvement in high-impact land development projects throughout South Florida. Responsibilities Coordinate and review the work of Survey Crews and Survey CAD Technicians Sign and seal surveys and as-builts Work closely with Project Managers and field teams Perform construction layout and interpret construction plans Prepare legal descriptions as needed Support land development projects involving: Water & sewer systems Paving & drainage Pump stations Lake excavation Site development infrastructure Prepare and submit water/sewer and paving/drainage as-builts Ensure surveying work complies with Florida standards and engineering best practices Utilize AutoCAD for survey drafting and project coordination Qualifications Active Florida Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) License required Experience with construction surveying and land development projects Strong knowledge of surveying principles and practices Experience with water, sewer, paving, and drainage projects AutoCAD experience required Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans Strong mathematical and analytical skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Valid Florida Driver's License required

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$130,000
