This is an exciting opportunity for a Florida-licensed surveying professional who wants a highly visible leadership role with a well-established firm expanding into the booming Edgewater and greater Miami market, working on major commercial, hospitality, high-rise, and infrastructure projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Survey Manager position include: Must be a licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) in Florida, with the ability to sign and seal surveys immediately Open to candidates licensed in another state who can obtain Florida licensure via endorsement Minimum 5+ years of surveying experience with strong client-facing and administrative skills Proficiency with Carlson Software, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and robotic total stations Lead and manage surveying operations for the Miami office, including project oversight and administration Handle client interaction, business development, and coordination with municipalities and regulatory agencies Oversee commercial, hospitality, and heavy construction-related survey projects including foundations, roads, bridges, and airports Support the growth of the Miami team and manage an 80% office / 20% field work structure

Salary :

$120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
