Job Requirements :

Maintain safety and quality standards on all installations and tasks. Perform all scopes of large-scale commercial projects, from power distribution to rough in, trim, and finish work. working knowledge of the National Electrical Code, local codes and job site safety requirements. This position will require both office and field work alike. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Desire to succeed and excel in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to manage multiple files and project info at the same time. Excellent organizational and communications skills. Ability and focus on Quality Control/Quality Assurance. Good driving record. Requirements:

Software:

Revit, AutoCAD, Trimble Field Link, MS Word and Excel.(Preferred but not required) Ability to use dimensions from pdf's and hard prints to calculate exact layout locations of new construction footprints, piers, footings, walls, light pole bases, etc.(Preferred but not required, we are willing to teach!) The candidate must be able to load the info into their instrument and transfer layouts into the field for our construction crew by providing horizontal and vertical reference points via staking and flagging, consisting of either exact location or offsets depending on the work being performed. (Preferred but not required) Candidate must be willing to work with robotic total station. Must be able to learn to use instruments to verify existing control points and existing elevations prior to providing site layouts. Knowledge of field survey operations, gps layout. (Preferred but not required) Must have a strong track record of employment stability
