Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Surveyor - Party Chief to lead survey crews in executing precise land surveying projects.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include performing a variety of technical, skilled survey engineering work in the field: Operate survey equipment (Trimble GPS, Robotic Transit, Digital Levels) Lead Crew in conducting Land Surveys Prepare detailed field notes, sketches, and reports ensuring compliance with industry standards.. Complete timesheets for work crew
Duties Include :
Construction staking, Topographic Surveys, Boundary Surveys, ALTA Land Title Surveys, Hydrographic Surveys Must be physically capable of laboring in hot conditions alongside heavy equipment, on steep slopes and in open trenches/canals via boats, walking and ATV.
Experience Required:
Experience in Land surveying. Experienced in Microsoft, Trimble Equipment and AutoCAD desirable. Employee subject to pre-employment drug test. Must have good communication skills.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
