(www.precision-concrete.com) constructs the most challenging concrete projects throughout the Southeast. Founded in 1986, Precision Concrete operates on a diverse set of projects throughout the construction industry. Projects cover market sectors such as retail, healthcare, entertainment, institutional, airport, heavy industrial and multifamily. Position Summary Run multiple survey crews when required. Have all equipment and supplies needed for crews. Essential Job Functions Duties include, but will not be limited to Read all aspects of blueprints. Use Foresight Surveying software to workup points from drawings and/or AutoCAD. Field training. Safety training. Keep equipment up to date and calibrated. Job Requirements Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of As-Built, Auto
CAD, OSHA
30, Robotics, Auto level, Total station, CPR/First Aid Must be able to use Foresight Surveying software Skilled at reading instructional civil architectural blueprints, active listening, coordination, reading comprehension, social perceptiveness, and speaking effectively Must be interested in becoming part of a team and not just a "9 to 5″ person Must be able to travel regionally Must have a valid Driver's License Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact with clients and effectively manage all facets of concrete construction Personal maturity is an important attribute Must be able to operate all engineering equipment used in the field, computer and other office equipment such as fax, calculator, document reproducing equipment and communications equipment.
