Job Description

Land Surveyor Location:
Atlanta, Georgia, USA Salary:
$1400 per month A land surveyor is responsible for measuring and mapping the earth's surface to determine precise locations of natural features and man-made structures. They use specialized tools such as GPS equipment, total stations, and aerial photography to create maps, boundaries, and elevations. The ideal candidate will have experience in land surveying and must be able to work full time without accommodation in Atlanta. This position is open to Kenyans with English-speaking skills. The company will provide a free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field surveys using various equipment and techniques
  • Prepare detailed maps, reports, and legal descriptions of survey results
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and government officials
  • Identify property boundaries, easements, and other land features
  • Analyze data collected from surveys to ensure accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in land surveying or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
  • Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS devices and total stations
  • Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
