Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Department Manager who will be responsible for the professional, technical, management, marketing, administrative and financial aspects of the Survey Department. As a Survey Department Manager, you'll lead teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure technical accuracy from the field to final deliverables. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment where leadership, geospatial precision, and project vision all come together. You'll oversee a wide range of survey services, mentor rising talent, and collaborate with some of the best minds in AEC. Manage day-to-day Land Surveying Operation including: Client Communication (internal and external). Project Proposal Preparation & Invoicing. Overseeing 2 or more Survey Crews. New Business Development combines existing clients with Colliers Engineering & Design's diverse Survey/Geospatial disciplines, including 3D High Definition Laser Scanning, Mobile Lidar Mapping, Rail Surveying, GPS and Conventional Surveys. Professional Land Surveyor License required. 10+ years of experience in all areas of the job description. Must be able to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development. Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
