Land Survey Manager

Take the lead as a Land Survey Manager in Augusta, Georgia, where you will guide a growing survey department supporting topographic, boundary, ALTA, as-built, platting, and construction layout projects across Georgia and the Carolinas. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Survey Manager position include: Professional Land Surveyor registration in Georgia and/or South Carolina, with ability to achieve reciprocity 5-10 years of experience, including at least 5 years of professional experience post-registration as a Professional Land Surveyor Strong background in topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys, as-builts, platting, construction layouts, and Metes and Bounds Descriptions Experience with

CAD, GIS, GPS

equipment, electronic data collectors, aerial surveys, and modern survey technology Lead day-to-day coordination of survey staff and field crews while providing technical expertise and project oversight Prepare scopes of work, estimates, quality control reviews, and standard survey practices for deliverables Perform field surveys as needed and ensure compliance with government requirements, client standards, and professional practices Support business growth by cultivating clients, introducing new technologies, and collaborating with internal engineering staff

Salary :

$120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
