job summary: Our client is seeking a Survey Manager/Professional Land Surveyor in Decatur, IL to lead a diverse range of projects, including boundary, topographic, and
ALTA/NSPS
surveys. This role requires an Illinois PLS license and 7+ years of experience. You will direct field crews and manage client relationships while overseeing high-quality deliverables in a flexible, growth-oriented environment.
location:
Decatur, Illinois job type: Permanent salary: $120,000 - 150,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction staking, and as-built surveys across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

Direct field crews - review data, check calculations, and keep quality high from field to final deliverable.

Prepare plats, legal descriptions, and easement documents in line with Illinois statutes and local requirements.

Be the main point of contact for clients, title companies, attorneys, and agencies on your projects.

Process field data and produce deliverables in Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center (TBC). #randstadengineering qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 7 years of experience
