Millennia is offering a $5,000 sign on bonus for this position. For consideration to fill this position, ideal candidates should have experience performing the following: All aspects of boundary and topographic surveying including:

• Courthouse research for documents
• Boundary calculations
• Field reconnaissance for existing monumentation
• Setting horizontal and vertical control
• ALTA Land Title Surveys
• As-built Surveys
• Construction Layout including:
• Reading and understanding construction plans
• Complete layout calculations for large commercial sites, residential subdivisions, highway projects and bridge projects.
• Complete proper field notes and sketches
• Ensure proper maintenance of the survey vehicle and equipment Ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
• Be able to operate robotic instruments and GPS equipment, knowledge of Trimble equipment preferred
• Should be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD and/or MicroStation software
• Have a valid driver's license
• Required at least 4 years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief. (P.L.S. preferred)
• Must be physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in the same day
• Strong commitment to detail and quality.
• Be willing to work overtime and work out of town occasionally.
