Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor or a Surveyor close to licensure in the state of Kentucky, with strong CAD expertise, to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects while providing technical expertise and leadership in surveying operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform boundary, topographic, construction, and
ALTA/NSPS
surveys Prepare, review, and finalize survey plats, maps, and drawings using CAD software Analyze field data to ensure accuracy and compliance with Kentucky regulations Research deeds, plats, and legal documents to establish property boundaries Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and field crews Ensure all work complies with state surveying standards and local regulations
Qualifications:
Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Kentucky or actively pursuing licensure Strong proficiency in AutoCAD / Carlson Preferrered Solid understanding of surveying principles, methods, and legal requirements Experience with modern surveying equipment and technology Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
Experience with land development, commercial, or infrastructure projects Strong communication and organizational skills
