Job Description

Our well-established, growing Land Surveying and Engineering firm is looking for a Professional Land Surveyor . A great culture, people, and environment The opportunity to grow both as a team and as an individual A diverse project portfolio Competitive compensation and benefits package What you will be doing: Conduct boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, right-of-way, and construction layout surveys. Research property records, deeds, plats, and other legal documents to determine land boundaries. Prepare and certify plats, maps, legal descriptions, and other survey documents. Operate and oversee the use of GPS, robotic total stations, and data collectors. Manage and mentor survey field crews and CAD technicians.
What you will need:
Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or ability to obtain within 6 months. Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. 5+ years of progressive land surveying experience. Proficiency in Carlson, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and survey processing software.
