Full Job Description Job Description:
OIG nurse survey team openings for LPN candidates. Must be willing to travel.
Skill Set Requirements:
Participate as a member of a survey team, traveling to various healthcare facilities across the state. Attend meetings to discuss survey plans, facility details, and team assignments. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of healthcare facilities, including assessing resident care, facility environment, and staff performance. Utilize observational skills to assess all aspects of resident life, including activities, meals, medication administration, and wound care. Interview residents, family members, and staff to gather information and address concerns. Investigate complaints and incidents related to resident care and facility operations.
