You'll work on a wide variety of projects, including construction layout, boundary and topographic surveys, deformation monitoring, and large-scale mapping. This is a hands-on field role that requires technical skill, attention to detail, and physical stamina.

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute construction layout for commercial and municipal projects Perform existing conditions, utility, ALTA, boundary, and deformation surveys Operate Leica Robotic Total Stations, Automatic Levels, and Carlson Surveyor II Maintain detailed and accurate field notes Supervise and coordinate with instrument operators Communicate with project managers, site contractors, and field personnel Ensure job site safety and maintain all tools, vehicles, and equipment Travel to job sites and work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions

Qualifications:

5+ years of field survey experience (construction layout preferred) Proficient with survey equipment and terminology Strong leadership , decision-making, and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specs Advanced problem-solving skills for real-time field decisions Valid Massachusetts Driver's License Physically able to carry equipment, drive stakes, work in all weather, and hike uneven terrain Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:
