Professional Surveyor

The Umlor Group has immediate availability for a Professional Surveyor with 10+ years of land surveying expertise for our Wixom, MI office location. The Professional Surveyor will provide accurate and timely service to our clients through expertise in land surveying and leading a survey team. They will be responsible for completing the work scheduled for the day and assuring the accuracy of the work performed. Daily Functions to

Include:

Perform research to aid in establishing land boundaries Create stakeouts and guidance for field crews Review boundary and

ALTA/NSPS

surveys QA/QC deliverables Communicate with clients Generate proposals Update and distribute project status Guide and mentor survey staff Essential Skills for Performing the Job for Survey Crew Chief Self-motivated Timely Detail oriented Portray Professionalism Ability to work independently or collaboratively Verbal and written communication skills Required Education and Experience for Professional Surveyor Bachelors of Science in Surveying 8+ years in land surveying Professional Surveyor license Knowledge of AutoCAD Must have a Valid Driver's License in good standing, demonstrating safe driving habits and capable of being insured by our company policy.
