Design Tree Engineering is pursuing the addition of a Survey Project Manager to join our growing and dynamic Land Survey Team in our Minneapolis, MN office. Ideal candidates are driven and looking to grow with the organization.

Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate survey planning, schedules, processing and project administration. Preparation of proposals. Record research, preparation of surveys, legal descriptions, plan interpretation and construction staking computations. Train staff in the proper use of equipment and field techniques. Provide client/contractor interaction in a positive, professional manner. Work as part of a team to deliver successful projects. Effective communicator.
Qualifications and Experience:
Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Minnesota or Wisconsin. Minimum of 5 years' experience. Working knowledge of field survey equipment including Robotic Total Stations and GPS. Knowledge of and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3d. Strong communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel out of town. Knowledge of topographic, construction, boundary, and
ALTA/NSPS
Land Title Surveys.
Salary Information:
$90,000-$130,000 based on qualifications.
