Our team works collaboratively to deliver projects that align with specific client goals while addressing complex engineering challenges. Role Description We are seeking a Licensed Surveyor for a full-time, on-site position in Raleigh NC. The Licensed Surveyor will be responsible for managing and performing land surveys, ensuring accuracy in boundary, topographic, and construction surveys. Key responsibilities include preparing surveys and reports, conducting fieldwork, operating surveying instruments, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. The candidate will also coordinate with project teams and provide technical support to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Qualifications Proficiency in land surveying techniques, including boundary, topographic, and construction surveys Experience with survey instruments such as total stations, GPS systems, and data collectors Knowledge of state and local regulations relating to land surveying and mapping Proficiency in CAD software and survey-related tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS) Strong analytical skills and experience with processing and interpreting survey data Excellent organizational and project management skills Effective communication skills for collaborating with project teams, clients, and regulatory agencies Current Land Surveyor's license in the state of North Carolina Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field Experience in construction management or infrastructure projects is a plus
