Due to continued growth and a strong backlog of work, they are looking to add talented surveying professionals at all levels to their team. Whether you're a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS), Survey Manager, Project Surveyor, Crew Chief, Survey Technician, CAD Technician, or Instrument Operator , this is an opportunity to join a firm that offers long-term stability, strong career advancement opportunities, and exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects. These positions may be responsible for: Performing boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys Managing survey projects from proposal through final deliverables Leading and coordinating field crews and office staff Preparing and reviewing plats, maps, legal descriptions, and survey exhibits Processing field data and developing survey deliverables using CAD software Conducting deed research and boundary analysis Providing QA/QC oversight for survey projects Collaborating with engineers, developers, municipalities, and clients Supporting business development and client relationship efforts Mentoring junior staff and contributing to team growth Qualified candidates should possess some of the following: Experience in land surveying, geomatics, or a related field Knowledge of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveying Experience with GPS, robotic total stations, and survey data collection software Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar survey drafting platforms Professional Land Surveyor (PLS/RLS) licensure preferred for senior-level positions Previous leadership or project management experience for management-level opportunities Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in both field and office environments
