The candidate will have to go through an internship before being offered the job. The candidate must be willing to eventually become a Certified Appraiser. •The internship takes from 6-12 months depending on the applicant's background and previous work experience. •Make sure to include your personal email in the Resume. Complete appraisal assignments from home Complete necessary education Perform on-site inspections What we are hoping to see from the applicant: Have some industry knowledge At least an Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting, Real Estate, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics Bachelor's Degree in any discipline preferred Be available on short notice Must cooperate with the office in marketing efforts
