For more information, visit: www.gpinet.com What Youll Be Doing (Responsibilities): Manage survey projects from inception to final deliverablesPrepare proposals and cost estimatesPerform deed and plan research at local municipalities, as well as county, state, and federal agencies.
Manage and coordinate survey projects with multiple team members Provide guidance and direction to survey techniciansPerform survey computations and boundary resolution for boundary and ALTA Surveys, Aerial and Topographic Surveys with utility locations including pipe inverts and sizes, Construction Layout and As-Built Surveys, Right-of-Way Surveys, and various other project typesPrepare project invoices and analyze project budgets What You Bring to the
Table:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in field and office aspects of land surveyingProfessional survey licensure preferred, LSIT is a plusExperience in all aspects of Land Surveying (Site Civil, Utilities, Energy & Public Transportation Agencies a plus)Experience with robotic total stations, GPS, leveling, field procedures, boundary analysis, and resolutionExpertise in Civil3D is required.
Knowledge of MicroStation, TopoDOT, and Pix4D is a plusFamiliarity with MassDOT / Maine
DOT / NHDOT
