Survey Crew Chief

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Survey Crew Chief to lead our land surveying team in executing precise and efficient survey operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a field survey crew Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction stakeout surveys Operate GPS, robotic total stations, and data collectors Interpret plans, field notes, and legal descriptions Ensure accuracy of survey data collected in the field Train junior crew members Maintain company equipment and vehicles Complete field documentation and timesheets Qualifications 3-8+ years of field surveying experience Experience leading or assisting survey crews Ability to read construction drawings and survey plans Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license required
