Job Title:
Surveyor for Contract Work in Akron We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team for a contract position in Akron. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and creating accurate maps and measurements for construction, engineering, and other projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for precision and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field surveys using various tools and equipment
  • Analyze data to create accurate maps, plans, and measurements
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project success
  • Utilize GPS technology to collect and record data
  • Maintain accurate records of survey data
  • Identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data and communicate findings to project teams
  • Adhere to safety protocols at all times
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor
  • Proficient in using surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD software
  • Excellent mathematical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. As this is a contract role, accommodation will not be provided. However, the company will cover the cost of the visa and ticket for selected candidates. This is an English-speaking job open to candidates from all countries.
