Job Description
Land Surveyor We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Akron. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for various land development projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed surveys of land using specialized equipment
- Prepare survey reports and maps for clients
- Analyze data to ensure accuracy and identify any potential issues or discrepancies
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide necessary information for project planning and design
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser levels
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.
