Pennsylvania , Coraopolis Job Description Land Surveyor A growing commercial/industrial contractor is looking to add a Surveyor / Layout Technician to support structural foundation layout on active projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the field running layout but also has the ability to support the team on the office/technical side when needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform high-accuracy construction layout using a Trimble robotic total station Layout building lines, grids, foundations, anchor bolts, embeds, elevations, and control points Verify dimensions, perform as-builts, and ensure quality control across projects Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams to keep jobs moving efficiently Assist with .DWG files, layout prep, and point generation in the office Support estimating and project teams with takeoffs, coordination, and constructability input

What They're Looking For:

Experience with construction layout for commercial/industrial projects Proficiency using a Trimble robotic total station Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and plans Working knowledge of Auto

CAD / .DWG

workflows Strong attention to detail and accuracy (this role is critical to project success) Willingness to work both in the field and in the office as needed
