Job Description

Our growing firm is seeking a part-time Resident Project Representative to assist in inspecting water and sewer infrastructure projects. You will work closely with our project team to ensure that construction projects comply with specifications and standards. You will play a critical role in ensuring our projects' safety, quality, and timely completion. If you have experience in construction observation and are committed to providing unrivaled service, we want to hear from you! This position will require regular travel to client sites around the Northern, PA region, near Towanda, PA. Role and Responsibilities Regular interaction with property owners, contractors, clients, vendors and engineers Observation and reporting on contractor activities to ensure conformance to specifications and standards Attend project meetings Prepare reports to document project progress Monitor field testing and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements Regular local travel within a one-hour radius is required; no overnight travel. Qualifications and Education Requirements 3+ years of construction observation experience on water and sewer infrastructure projects Ability to read and interpret project drawings, schematics, specifications, and submittals Valid driver's license Effective written and oral communication skills Attention to detail Proficient in general computer use, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Zoom, and internet navigation. Must be comfortable using a laptop or tablet. Physical Requirements Must be able to walk and work outdoors on uneven terrain Must be able to work in a field environment with exposure to dust, inclement weather conditions, extreme heat, and cold Entech Engineering, Inc.
