Management / Leadership preferred About the Role We are seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to lead our Survey Department and play a key role in the continued growth of our firm. This position is ideal for a collaborative, team-oriented surveyor who enjoys mentoring others, managing projects, and delivering high-quality work without unnecessary bureaucracy or ego. What You'll Be Doing Oversee and manage the Survey Department and its staff Plan workloads, schedules, and staffing to meet project demands Serve as a technical resource and mentor to survey team members Review, sign, and seal survey deliverables Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Prepare and support proposals and project scopes Perform or oversee boundary analysis and calculations Review title documentation and coordinate resolutions Act as a primary point of contact for clients Provide limited CAD support when needed Project Types
