Job Description
Our client is seeking a Project Surveyor to join their team. This role supports projects across Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin and offers flexible hybrid work options, including potential remote arrangements for highly qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Prepare right-of-way plats, parcel sketches, and ALTA surveys Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and quality control for project teams Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to technical staff Maintain strong client relationships and communication Adjust project plans as needed to meet evolving requirements Qualifications Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in MN, ND, or WI Ability to obtain licensure in all three states within 18 months Experience with Trimble equipment and software Proficiency in Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation Strong project management and leadership experience Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ($110K-$150K, based on experience) 401(k) with company match Comprehensive health benefits Paid professional certifications and memberships Flexible scheduling and generous PTO Career development and advancement opportunities IND2
