Requirements Active Florida Professional Surveyor & Mapper License (Required) Must currently reside in Lee County, Florida Fluent in English Strong experience with: Construction Surveys Mortgage Surveys Elevation Certificates Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Responsibilities Supervise Party Chiefs and subcontracted field crews Review, revise, and approve all survey work Coordinate with counties, municipalities, contractors, engineers, and clients Manage scheduling, project flow, and quality control Assist with company growth and operations strategy Maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency Service Area Projects are primarily located in: Lee County Collier County Charlotte County Compensation & Benefits Full-Time Salaried Position Health Insurance Quarterly Performance Bonuses Opportunity for future 3-Year Partnership / Ownership Track for the right candidate Additional Terms Employment subject to confidentiality agreements, NDA, and other professional contractual terms.
