The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying and be proficient in utilizing various surveying tools and software. This role involves conducting surveys, collecting data, and meeting with clients. The Land Surveyor will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of measurements and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and site conditions. Utilize Leica Robot and other surveying instruments to collect accurate data. Prepare topographic, corner record, record of surveys, parcel maps with AutoCad Analyze survey maps to determine property lines. Maintain accurate field notes. Qualifications Proven experience in land surveying. Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCad. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments. Valid driver's license is required for travel to survey sites.
