Responsibilities Manage single and multi-site commercial real estate projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met. Oversee workflow for the zoning/survey team; identify resource needs and coordinate with vendors as necessary. Review and quality-check

Land Title Surveys and zoning reports, including complex multi-site transactions. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to team members and vendors. Participate in client meetings, pre-bid discussions, and project kick-off calls. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions. Support the development of new services, technologies, and process improvements. Foster strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. Occasional travel (up to 5% per month) by plane, vehicle, or train for team meetings or client visits.
