We pride ourselves on accuracy, efficiency, and delivering high-quality work that meets strict regulatory and client deadlines. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) with a minimum of 5 years of oil and gas-specific experience , including supervisory or project management responsibilities. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage oil and gas surveying projects from initiation through completion Supervise field crews and office staff to ensure efficient project execution Prepare and review: Well plats Flowline plats As-built / as-drilled surveys Electric line surveys Facility surveys Coordinate with regulatory teams and agencies to ensure compliance and prompt delivery of final plats Maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Ensure all survey work meets industry standards and company quality expectations Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and technical expertise Qualifications Active Texas RPLS license (New Mexico a plus) Minimum 5 years of oil and gas surveying experience Proven experience in supervising crews or managing projects Strong knowledge of oil and gas infrastructure and surveying requirements Experience working with regulatory agencies and permitting processes Proficiency in surveying software and CAD platforms Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience in West Texas / Permian Basin operations Strong background in client management and business development Familiarity with emerging survey technologies (UAS, LiDAR, etc.) What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Opportunities for growth and leadership Dynamic work environment within a respected companyLicense/Certification:
