Professional Land Surveyor (MA/RI Licensed)About the Opportunity A growing, tech-forward surveying organization is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island to join its innovative field team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on fieldwork, leveraging advanced technology, and minimizing time spent on back-office drafting.

With dedicated internal support handling data processing and plan production, you'll be empowered to focus on what you do best-collecting high-quality data efficiently while maintaining flexibility in your day-to-day work.

Role Overview This position offers a highly autonomous work environment where you'll manage your own schedule, complete field surveys, and utilize cutting-edge equipment to deliver accurate and efficient results.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct 4-5 scheduled site visits per day using advanced surveying technologyPerform residential "As-Is" and "As-Built" surveys, including both interior and exterior layoutsUpload and transfer field data to the internal back-office team for processing and final deliverablesManage daily appointments independently with minimal client interactionQualificationsActive Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island1+ years of professional land surveying experienceStrong proficiency with modern surveying tools, software, and digital data workflowsDemonstrated experience completing full land surveys and As-Built plans
