In this role, you'll transform field data into high-quality, accurate drawings that drive impactful infrastructure and development projects. Working alongside experienced surveyors and engineers, you'll play a key part in shaping communities through cutting-edge technology and collaborative problem-solving. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of survey drawings using Autodesk Civil 3D. Prepare base mapping, linework, and surfaces from field collected survey data. Support production of
ALTA/NSPS
Land Title Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, As-Built drawings, maps, and exhibits. Reduce electronic field notes and survey data into survey-grade CAD deliverables. Conform to company CAD standards for layering, labeling, and sheet layout. Work with project teams to support timely completion of survey deliverables. Coordinate details and dimensions between drawing sheets. Assist with processing field collected survey data using Trimble Business Center and related software, as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's Degree or technical certification preferred. 0-3+ years of CAD experience in a survey or civil environment preferred. Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D required. Working knowledge of survey field data collection methods and coding practices a plus. Experience generating linework and surfaces from field collected data preferred. Experience with Trimble Business Center preferred. LiDAR / 3D scanning experience a plus. Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
