Day Temporary-to-Permanent Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Field Data Administrative Clerk to support ongoing construction projects. This role will primarily be based on a construction site office in Clarksville, TN, with potential travel to various project locations across the Nashville area. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, proficiency in Excel, and a basic understanding of construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input and manage data within pre-formatted Excel spreadsheets Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity Assist with administrative tasks related to field operations Collaborate with project managers and field teams to collect and verify data Adapt to changing project locations as needed

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry processes Previous experience in a construction environment preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites Ideally located between
