Brentwood, Tennessee job type: Permanent salary: $95,000 - 115,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Develop and manage complex survey projects, including platting, boundary/ALTA surveys, and topographic surveys Create accurate and detailed linework and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D Plan and execute staking locations for commercial and residential projects Lead and mentor junior surveyors and technicians as needed Conduct quality checks on survey data and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project deliverables meet requirements Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices Identify and implement process improvements for survey workflows and quality control Represent the company in client meetings and on-site visits as needed qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 6 years of experienceEducation:
