- Project Manager for Land Survey Position Summary Join KFM Engineering & Design as a Project Manager and play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying, engineering, and land development solutions across Texas.

KFM Essential Responsibilities:
Learn 4Ward Standards of Service & actualize in leadership execution Train and develop team to move upward within the company Perform annual evaluation with each team member Routinely check-in with each team member as to the advancement of their career goals Approve timecards and vacation requests as appropriate to execute project deadlines Creates proposals and ensures notice-to-proceed signed by Client Obtain Client billing information Utilize UnanetCRM & AE
to schedule resources & manage workflows of project Ensure each project is completed on time, with quality deliverable(s), and within budget Meet with clients or crews on job sites as need Provide timely communication to Client(s) during project lifecycle Provide QA/QC and peer review of products and provide resolution to complex Client projects Develop new business partnerships Continuing to grow existing business partnerships Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assignedQualifications:
Active Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license in the state of Texas is required for this role. Minimum 5 years' experience as a RPLS, including 3+ years' supervision experience Active participant in the industry association(s) Demonstrate leadership & supervisory skills Excellent technical knowledge & business development experience Proficient CAD knowledge, Civil 3D required.
