Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage land and right of way acquisition and permitting functions for critical construction and operation projects. Our team values expertise in project coordination, negotiation, and regulatory compliance to help ensure the successful execution of organizational objectives across key regions.

Responsibilities:

Perform land and right of way acquisition and permitting tasks for new construction and operational projects within the assigned location. Assist with and develop preliminary pipeline routes, prepare cost estimates, and establish project schedules. Prepare and negotiate legal agreements related to real property, including easement rights, title updates, and landowner claims. Identify and acquire permits from private, local, state, and federal agencies; investigate, negotiate, and resolve damage claims with landowners.

Required:

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in land and right of way acquisition or a closely related field. Active notary commission and an active

TREC ROW

license are mandatory credentials. Valid driver's license required, as the role involves regional day travel 2-3 times per week in Northeast Texas (Lufkin, Palestine, Marshall). Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, including preparing reports and representing the company in public meetings.
