Insurance Survey Specialist (1099)

Seeking Independent Contractors-1099 Position We are seeking Independent Contractors to join our team Our Independent Contractors will complete on-site surveys for insurance underwriting purposes. You will identify all hazards or concerns and provide photographs and measurements for Residential and Commercial properties.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of construction materials (Roofing, Siding, Foundations)
• Professional conduct
• Ability to take Quality Photos with a smart phone.
• Current Vehicle Insurance
• Drivers License
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, and motor vehicle report

Equipment:

• Reliable vehicle
• Windows based computer
• 6-foot monopod or camera pole
• Measuring device (Measuring Wheel)
• High Speed Internet
