AG3 offers a full array of employee benefits to include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, etc. Job Description Seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) with 10+ years of experience in Texas to provide strategic leadership and oversight of surveying operations and project delivery. This role is responsible for managing staff, budgets, schedules, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with all state regulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can drive team performance, support business development efforts, and align surveying services with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Perform and oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction, and control surveys Review and seal survey plats, legal descriptions, and related documents Ensure all survey work complies with state and local regulations Coordinate with project teams, clients, and governmental agencies Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Supervise and mentor survey staff and field crews Support business development efforts as needed Qualifications Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license in the State of Texas Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) Strong knowledge of surveying principles, standards, and procedures Proficiency with survey software and equipment (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Micro Station, GPS, total stations) Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills AG3 is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer that does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, creed, belief, or political affiliation.
