Job Description
Wasatch West Contracting is hiring a Site Foreman / Superintendent Trainee for a commercial construction project located in Cleveland, Utah , approximately 45 minutes south of Price. This is an on-site leadership role . The selected candidate will be the primary Wasatch West representative on site and will be responsible for helping run the day-to-day work. This person will report directly to the General Superintendent and/or Project Manager . We would prefer to find someone local to the Price, Castle Dale, Huntington, Cleveland, or surrounding Carbon/Emery County area . For the right candidate outside the area, travel and per diem may be available as approved . This position is a good fit for someone with strong hands-on construction experience who is ready to take the next step into site supervision. The role will include both field work and jobsite oversight. The project is fairly straightforward, but we need someone dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and willing to take ownership of the jobsite each day. This person will need to communicate clearly with Wasatch West leadership, subcontractors, and other project team members. This is not an office-only or paperwork-only position. The right person needs to be willing to work with tools, solve problems in the field, keep the site moving, and communicate issues before they become bigger problems. This is a full-time position. Typical hours are expected to be: Monday through Friday Approximately 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Schedule may vary depending on project needs, inspections, deliveries, weather, subcontractor coordination, and other jobsite conditions. Because this project is located in Cleveland, Utah , applicants must be able to reliably work at that location each scheduled workday. Compensation $20 - $30 / HR DOE Travel and per diem may be available for an approved candidate who is not local to the Cleveland / Price / Carbon / Emery County area. This person will play an important role in keeping the project organized, safe, and moving forward.
