Fields & Associates, Inc. is a growing Land Surveying and Civil Engineering firm specializing in engineering design, land development, and project management on a variety of construction projects in Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia for over 40 years. Thanks to our growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Party Chief at our office in Alexandria, Virginia. Our staff works closely together to deliver high quality land surveying, site design and subdivision planning services to an established client-base within a professional yet friendly environment. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of Party Chief experience and at least 10 years of field and/or office land surveying experience to include: Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, ALTA surveys, GPS Applications, Condominium Surveys Detailed knowledge of manual & robotic total stations and data collection. Ability to work with managers & co-workers in a variety of sensitive, exciting, and challenging environments. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and willingness to learn and to advance from within the firm. Desire to obtain surveying license preferred. Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills. Valid drivers' license and excellent driving record.
