We desire to grow in wisdom, knowledge and understanding, both personally and as a business, to impact both our clients and community. Duties Collaborate with fellow consultants and clients. Protect the clients interests, respect their budget, and help them navigate construction with clarity and confidence. Serve as a neutral, third-party field representative who ensures that the work is done right. Be present on site as the clients eyes, ears, and voice — helping them move from planning to completion with clarity, confidence, and no wasted steps. Must be able to assess a property prior to construction or remodel , to find risks other may have missed. Familiar with warranty work, punch lists, and closing documentation. Be able to determine what if anything needs to be tested for environmental hazards. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience :
Minimum 10 years in the construction field, with at least 4 years in a management role. Osha 30 Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
