Job Description:

The Position:
The Surveyor will perform various surveying functions on projects throughout Wisconsin. Payne & Dolan islooking for a self-motivated, results-oriented, problem-solver who has a desire to be part of our growing land surveying team. The candidate should be proficient in the following roles and responsibilities. Operate land surveying tools (GNSS & Robotic Total Station) Establish and maintain site survey control networks Complete PLSS & property record research Perform various types of field survey activities; boundary surveys, topographical surveys and construction layout. Collect and process digital field data Prepare boundary, topographic & utility maps in AutoCAD Civil3D Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a surveyor. Strong communication and time-management skills are required. Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or applicable experience. Certified Survey Technician Level 1 desired Carlson SURVPC, Trimble Access, AutoCAD Civil3D or Trimble Business Center experience sUAS Part 107 license or terrestrial scanning experience
