Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing accurate survey documents, and utilizing advanced technology to gather data. This role requires proficiency in various surveying tools and software, including Carlson, GPS technology, ArcGIS, and AutoCAD. The Surveyor will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and topographical features. Utilize GPS technology and other surveying instruments to collect precise data. Draft detailed survey plans and reports using software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met. Analyze survey data and prepare maps using GIS applications. Maintain accurate records of survey results and documentation. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards during surveying processes. Qualifications Proven experience in surveying or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in surveying software such as Carlson, AutoCAD, Revit, and ArcGIS. Strong mathematical skills, including knowledge of Algebra. Familiarity with GIS technology is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues. Must be comfortable with traveling in parts of Minnesota and Wisconsin along bordering towns/cities. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
