Job Description

Wisconsin Title Service has a Full Time position opening for an experienced real estate drafter to trace property lands legal descriptions Wisconsin Title reviews recorded real estate documents and the included legal descriptions of that real estate property. Some entries are not linked to a Subdivision, and the property's legal description must be traced, or mapped, to the coordinates / boundaries of that property for entry into our database. The qualified candidate for this position will have experience in reading and interpreting a property legal description, and tracing out boundaries of that description on maps that are available to us by the counties or online. This position does not require field work. The full time position hours are 8:15 AM and 5 PM - Monday through Friday Please submit resume and salary requirements
