We are looking for a candidate that is dependable, able to learn new tasks, and can work well with the public. This position comes with a set weekly schedule of 8:30am to 4:00pm weekdays, with paid holidays, paid time off, paid sick leave, health insurance, and life insurance, with optional dental, vision, or enhanced life insurance. This job is salary, paid every other Thursday. Job is expected to start July 1, 2026. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to: Answering phone calls & assisting customers in the office. Entering data into our system such as ownership data, address changes, vehicles, or appraisal information. Reviewing records for accuracy. Entering new owner information from deeds, wills, or other records of title. Updating physical records including map cards & land books. Preparing information for the assessor and appraisers as necessary. Successful candidate will be required to attend & pass state mandated training.
Pay:
$18,500.00 - $20,000.00 per year
