Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is looking for an entry‑level Sustainability Analyst / Sustainability Specialist to join our client's growing sustainability function. This role will support a small, highly collaborative sustainability team of two and will play a hands‑on role in sustainability reporting, environmental impact analysis, and data‑driven research initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate with relevant academic or project experience, or an early‑career professional (1-3 years of experience) looking to grow their career in corporate sustainability within a global SaaS organization. The role is fully remote within Brazil and requires strong English communication skills due to close collaboration with international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support the completion of company sustainability disclosures, such as S&P Global's Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), CDP Climate Change, EcoVadis, and others. Research and monitor emerging trends in sustainability reporting and disclosures to help Dayforce maintain compliance and advance maturity across regulatory and voluntary frameworks. Contribute to sustainability initiatives designed to reduce the company's annual greenhouse gas emissions. This may include analyzing emissions data and supporting programs related to responsible and sustainable sourcing, business travel, software and AI sustainability, and/or event sustainability. Assist in employee engagement efforts to strengthen organizational understanding of and participation in sustainability initiatives. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
